I’ve always loved food, and I really enjoy cooking. My husband and I are definitely foodies (he’s a pro cook), but the best is when you can have fine dining at home and knowing exactly what is in your meal and that you made it!
For the most part my recipes are healthy. Low in fat, carbs, preservatives and such. Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean lettuce and grilled chicken breast! Stay tuned and you’ll see how delicious healthy eating can be!
