Ingredients:
– 1.5 lbs tomatillos (green tomatoes)
– 1/2 onion
– 2 jalapeños
– 4 garlic cloves
– cilantro (to taste)
– salt and pepper (to taste)
Tools:
– Cast iron skillet or large pan
– Blender
– Tongs
Makes 4.5 cups of salsa.
